Check out this deadlift AMRAP PR! - I know the technique is a little iffy, but hey it was early and I was a little sore from squats yesterday. - Challenge yourself everyday and you will see results! Two years ago I could only rep 405 for 2-3 reps. Now? Hit 12 reps in a 4 week long caloric deficit !! - I’m not here to brag about numbers. Honestly I just want to be as strong as @bobbycongalton_1rmperformance πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. But at the end of the day, lifting/training is just like anything else in life.
